These are plain-English draft terms for using Ardlo during early access. They will be reviewed and finalised before general availability. We’ve tried to write them the way we’d want to read them.
The service
Ardlo gives your trade business a website, an enquiry inbox with AI-drafted replies, quoting, follow-up, a job pipeline and a review workflow. During the beta the service is provided free of charge, as-is, and features may change as we build.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and using Ardlo for a genuine business.
- Keep your sign-in details safe; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
- Your data stays yours. We only use it to run the service, as described in the privacy policy.
AI drafts and approvals
Ardlo drafts messages, quotes and website content for you, but you approve them before they’re sent or published. You’re responsible for what you approve — including prices quoted, commitments made to customers, and anything published on your website. Check drafts before sending, especially prices.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Ardlo to send spam, mislead customers, publish unlawful content, or store data you have no right to hold. We may suspend accounts that put other users or their customers at risk.
Pricing after the beta
Early access is free. Before we start charging, we’ll tell you the price and give you fair notice — you’ll never be charged silently. If you don’t want to continue, you can export your data and close your account at no cost.
Liability
Ardlo is a tool that helps you run your business; it doesn’t replace your professional judgement, certifications, insurance or legal obligations. During the free beta the service is provided without warranties, and our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending things
No contract, no minimum term. Close your account whenever you like. We may end or pause the beta with reasonable notice, and we’ll give you the chance to export your data first.
